if there’s one thing that causes more fucking stress than anything else it’s resistance……in fact science says so……when 2 opposite forces grind up against each other we get friction…and this causes wear and tear…..but this also happens in the non-physical world……..when we resist the things we see and don’t accept them for what they are then we get mental stress……..the images we see in the outer world do not match what we think they should fucking look like……no wonder we feel tired and worn out!!!

my recent learnings have taught me that the sooner we can come to peace and accept situations for what they are the fucking better…….doesn’t mean we can’t do anything but first we must not resist the urge to fucking lose it and be more in flow with the deviation of the path…..if you’re stuck in a traffic jam we simply for the most part get fucking freaked out and piss and moan like crazy……why????……usually because we are needing to be somewhere and the delay agitates us to the point where we blow a fuse…….objectively you know you can’t.

there is a skill in being more in flow with life its unpredictable nature and non-linearity……by training ourselves to resist the resistance to the actuality of the event unfolding in front of us we will be better served……it’s the positionality to an event that creates the emotional response…….mediation is a great tool to learn how to be more in tune with life……..deep forced breathing through and out of the nose also help……..we are creatures of habit and we are not very conscious 90% of the time we are “awake”…….by re=programming ourselves (we are programmable……we run on a fucking one)……we can begin to resist resistance and go with the flow more and more……I love you fuckers…..
